Vintage Authentic Reliquary Pectoral Cross w/ COA

Brass and wood pectoral cross with screw at base. Opens to reveal wax covered printed papers sort of squished in the center covering small bundles. These have definitely been touched/picked at over the years. (COA is from 1949).

Certificate included. Roughly translated by Google Translate:
