Stunning in design and craftsmanship, this vintage black lacquer photograph album is hand painted in striking Asian designs with gold accents, dimensional tree bark and mother of pearl inlay, measuring 15 1/2” x 11” with 79 personal black/white and color photographs from a US soldier stationed in Korea (ASCOM - Army Service Command XXIV Corp) in 1959, scattered age and wear to the lacquer, tissue thin onion skin paper between the paper pages.
