Written on mourning stationary embossed with an ornate S, dated March 22, 1872 and written to a Warren Ohio Druggist named E. A. Smith from his sister Annie, in Cleveland Ohio. The letter has writing on 3 sides, measuring 7 1/4” x 4 3/4” in flowing inked writing.
