Vintage Omega 14K Gold B&A Ladies' Watch.
Face has been painted black to resemble a Movado style. You can see the Omega logo under the black paint, as well as on the winder stem.
Diamond on face tests genuine.
Black & gold tone Spiedel stretch band.
