Lovely antique Sterling Silver ring set with sparkling Marcasite stones surrounding a hand carved shell cameo, professionally repaired long ago along the right edge of the cameo setting, one petite Marcasite missing, measuring 1 1/4” in length, sized 5, marked STER on the band interior with age and wear distortion to the band as shown.
